Rochester-Pean vascular forceps are used in surgical and medical procedures. They are commonly used to close and constrict blood vessels for haemostasis. Narrow tips and handles of appropriate length allow access to difficult to reach areas. A ratchet mechanism between the rings allows the compression force to be controlled.
