The Sony UP‑X899MD is a compact A6 black-and-white direct thermal video printer specifically designed for medical imaging environments. As the successor to the Sony UP‑897 series, the UP‑X899MD provides improved image quality, ergonomic operation, and greater flexibility for handling both digital and video inputs.
Printing technology: Direct thermal printing (no ink or toner required).
Resolution: 325 dpi, 8-bit grayscale (256 levels).

• USB (Hi-Speed USB 2.0, Type-C) for digital images from a PC or imaging device.
• VIDEO IN (BNC connector) for analog NTSC/PAL video signals.
