he heparinised haematocrit capillary tubes are designed for microhaematocrit testing of blood samples using a haematocrit centrifuge.
The entire inner surface of the capillary tube is treated with sodium heparin (Na-heparinate). The heparinised version is easily identifiable by its red colour coding.
The tubes feature fire-polished ends and are intended for single use.
