The new MESI ABPI MD measurement system is used for the automatic and rapid measurement of the ankle-brachial index on both arms and legs and contributes to the early detection of peripheral arterial occlusive disease. During the measurement, which only takes 1 minute, the device records the heart rate as well as the systolic, diastolic and mean blood pressure. The evaluation of this recorded data can be followed and analyzed in real time on the large, easy-to-read colour touchscreen .
