The COVID-19 tests for the ID NOW™ PoC test device enable rapid, laboratory-accurate detection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in swab samples from the nose, throat or nasopharynx. The self-contained cartridge system minimises the risk of infection transmission. The scope of delivery of the tests includes not only the appropriate swabs, but also a positive control for performing a functional check.
