The device can be used for galvanic current treatment, and all versions of the diadynamic treatments are used in practice. It can be used for Träbert waveform treatments. A wide range of selective excitation current waveforms - square wave, triangular wave, trapezoidal wave, exponential wave and modulated versions of these waveforms - are available, the parameters of which are programmable over a wide range. The device performs the popular function of the MIOTEST SCOPE, i.e. the almost continuous variation of the rise/fall time of trapezoidal waveforms. The unit has a choice of TENS waveforms. Its diagnostic function is suitable for I-T curve recording. Despite the many complex functions, the device is easy to use, as only the items corresponding to the function currently in use are shown on the display. The graphic displays used make the use of the instrument clear and easy to understand. Flexible key functions mean that only four keys are needed to operate the device.
