- VasoDOPPY is a portable, interchangeable sensor device for vascular ultrasound diagnostics. It can be used to examine blood flow from peripheral to deeper blood vessels. It can assess the general condition of the vascular system and identify blockages. It can be used to detect the onset of flow during systolic blood pressure measurement (e.g. ankle/arm index (ABI) or shock), to check shunt function during dialysis, to detect venous valve insufficiency or testicular varices, to detect endovascular obstructions, etc.
- The arterial heart rate is displayed on an LCD screen.
- The device can be connected to 4, 5 and 8 MHz sensors, which can be selected according to the task. The 4 and 5 MHz sensors are used to monitor the blood flow in the deeper vessels, the 8 MHz sensor is used to monitor the blood flow in the peripheral vessels. The assembled set can contain any number of sensors.
- The built-in speaker of the vasoDOPPY is adjustable. It is also possible to connect headphones.
- The device is powered by a built-in battery, whose long life is guaranteed by special charging electronics. The charger is a standard accessory. The device indicates when the battery is low and the charging status. When not in use, it switches off automatically after about one minute.
