The cut edges are placed inside the dressing so that the yarns do not peel off during use. Its raw material is water-vapour-permeable, bleached and cleaned in hydrogen peroxide, dried by dry heat, 100% cotton-containing, 17-fiber, without hanging thread ends, shredd-free, cutable mullein fabric with good absorbency. Its performance requirements and test methods are set out in EN 14079:2003. Area of application: For wound cleaning, absorption of body secretions during surgical procedures, as a wound cover.
