The H. pylori Antibody Rapid Test Strip (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a rapid immunochromatographic method for the qualitative detection of H. pylori antibody in human blood, serum or plasma in H. pylori infection.
H. pylori is a small, spiral-shaped bacterium living on the surface of the stomach and duodenum. It causes many gastrointestinal diseases such as gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastric acidosis, acute and chronic gastritis.

• The H. pylori Antibody Rapid Test Strip is a qualitative membrane-based immunochromatographic method for the detection of H. pylori antibodies in whole blood, serum or plasma.
• The test uses anti-human immobilized IgG in the test zone. The sample, when dropped onto the sample zone, reacts with H. pylori antigen-coated particles on the test strip.
• If the sample contains H. pylori antibody, a coloured stripe appears in the test zone, indicating a positive result.
