BD Emerald 3-piece syringes are designed for accurate injection and aspiration of medication and bodily fluids. The highly transparent barrel, high-contrast scale and green double sealing ring keep the fill volume clearly visible. The large finger flange and ribbed thumb rest provide secure, controlled handling, while the retention ring prevents the plunger from being pulled out.
Barrel and plunger are made of polypropylene; the syringe is latex-, PVC-, DEHP- and BPA-free and meets ISO 10993 biocompatibility requirements. The Emerald range uses up to 30% less material and is made with 100% renewable electricity.
